Shipping Charges?
On order below ₹500 we charge ₹70. On order above ₹999 we provide free delivery.
When can I expect delivery?
We try to ship majority orders out of our warehouse within 24 hours of order confirmation. However, each location has a different delivery time frame committed by the courier partner. Usually it takes 7-8 Working days to deliver your order on your door steps.
Shipping is taking too long. Can i cancel my order and get refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel nor refund an order in transit.
I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order. Can i change it?
If you'd like to make a change to your order, then we'll do everything we can to make that happen. We recommend calling us as soon as possible within our business hours. Do not send an email; our warehouse works quickly to process orders, and we may not see your message in time.
Where is my order?
You can track you order statues in your profile "My order" tab. You should have received a shipping confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally as of now.
